Service was amazing. Chuck and team were very responsive to requests and questions. We are very happy with the finished work. On top of that, Chuck came back after another storm and put back on a peice if trim that the wind took off at no charge. Thank you guys very much. We will be recommending to all friends and family.

My duplex neighbor and I had hail damage from the hailstorm on 5/15/25. Our first contact with Rutters Roofing was Jake Johnson. Jake had to work with two different insurance adjusters since my neighbor and I have different insurance companies. He sat down with us to explain the estimates, and he answered all of our questions. Rutters even followed up to get us our recoverable depreciation when the project was finished! John Pryme was our project manager, and John's crew did an amazing job on our roof. Our yards were totally clean of nails and debris when they finished, too. Highly recommend this team! Five stars for professionalism, communication, timeliness and cleanliness! Sometimes it's hard to find a trustworthy contractor, but these guys are the real deal.

I had a great experience with Rutters, from their help filing a claim to guiding me through the back-and-forth process. The team was professional from start to finish, communicated clearly, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. The quality of the workmanship really stood out, and the finished result looks wonderful. They were respectful of my property as well as my neighbors’ property, worked efficiently, and left the area clean when the job was complete.
