I found company employees and owners to be knowledgeable, honest, open and timely communicators, who lived by their spoken words! The sales representative, Heath, has a love for garage sales and happened to drop by our garage sale on a Saturday, early May, He was in the area, as he just concluded meeting a homeowner, in need of a new roof, due to significant storm damage We found Heath to be naturally extremely warm and trusting. Someone a person can easily get comfortable working with. We found Heath to be a great conversationalist, with not only, fun and interesting communication skills, but impressive knowledge of the Rutters company, owners and the product they offer. Consequently, I decided to take a chance and obtain a estimate, proposal and a sit down meeting with Heath and one of the owners, Jake. Fast forward, to day of new roof installation. Rutters was intending to start at 7:00 am, with completion same day. Mother nature had a different idea, offering rain until late morning. John, project manager, still promised project completion same day. Rutters crew arrived shortly before noon. I overwhelming counted 11 workers on the roof. Roof and clean up happened late afternoon. Project manager, John, on site entire time, offering unsolicited periodic updates. Upon completion, John explained pick up timeline of extra materials. In addition, John plans a return for final walk -around to ensure customer satisfaction. Rutters will collect final payment, upon customer satisfaction. What a great experience! Not one time did I feel ill at ease whenever I reached out to them.”
